Can PTOs or after-school staff run this?
Yes. The step-by-step plans are written for educators and youth group leaders, including PTO volunteers and after-school staff. You can run it during class, during club time, or as a PTO-led family event. The same projects and reflection prompts apply. Plan for 8 to 30 students per session, with one lead adult and a helper for larger groups.
