Designed for kids ages 8-12-ish, What Makes You A Leader? is a guided journal that helps kids understand what it means to be a leader and that they are capable of leading.

Leadership is not about achieving a certain status. It is not about having authority over people by virtue of a title. Leadership is about how we conduct ourselves on a daily basis. A child who is confident, owns their power, and treats others with fairness is a leader.
